*Defective units returned will be tested before sending a replacement, if item in question holds theoretical amount of charge due to constant usage, then product will be returned to customer and customer will have to pay for shipping back. If we can fix defective unit and successful test we will ship back at our cost.
*Item needs to be in original condition (no writing, labeling or other damage or scratches to the battery) in order to receive a replacement, if product is too damaged to be returned and was not noted in RMA request, buyer will be charged 15% and item will be sent back to them and buyer will be charged for shipping back to them.
*Our RMA Department are not responsible for any lost packages due to the postage shipping problem, we will only process the RMA after we received the return packeges from our customer.
*For exchange due to buyer ordering the wrong battery, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees, 15% restocking fee and difference, if new battery is less we will accept that as the 15% restocking fee.
*The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
*Authorized return merchandise must be received within 30 business days from the date of issuing RMA number or the return will be refused.
*If product is within 2 weeks of warranty experation return item MUST come in before the warranty expires or NO replacement will be given or pro-rate.

***Pro-rate*** If you request a replacement and we receive your battery and we do not have any to replace, we will pro-rate the amount to you for refund depending on how long you have used the product for will be deducted from the amount refunded.
